The Sprint Aero Wide wheelset delivers a transformative upgrade for rim brake road bikes, combining aerodynamic efficiency with modern tyre compatibility. The wide rim profile optimises 25-28mm tyre performance whilst accommodating 23-40mm options, enhancing cornering grip and confidence. Tubeless-ready construction reduces rotating mass and enables lower pressures for improved ride quality and traction across varied road surfaces.

Rims

• Tubeless-ready – designed to work excellently with normal clincher tyres and tubes or tubeless tyres. Hunt Black Shield tubeless rim tape fitted.
  
• HFR Alloy+ rims constructed using a heat treatment process, delivering far higher fatigue resistance than 6061-T6.
  
• 24mm outer and 19mm inner width.

Front Hub

Rear Hub

• 7075-T6 heat-treated aluminium alloy freehub body.
  
• H_CERAMIK freehub body reinforcement coating provides excellent durability and protects against cassette sprocket damage to the freehub often seen on standard alloy freehub bodies.
  
• 4 pawl, 10° engagement.
  
• Forged and CNC’d 6061-T6 heat treated aluminium alloy body.
